Pumpkin something...

Have a can of pumpkin that didn't magically turn itself into pie! What to do... I have a group at the office that will never turn down anything sweet!

Will see if I can squeeze in some time to try out either of these two recipes:

I referenced both of these, but basically smashed my own recipe together. Made sure to put the toffee bits and nuts on the bottom to try and prevent the pastry from getting too soggy. Not sure how successful that was. Here's the tarts, untested:

I can't believe I haven't tasted it yet!!

DON"T scrimp on the toffee bits!
