Spinach Salad

Forgot to take the picture while it was in the pretty bowl last night! I gotta get better at this.

Basic recipe:
Spinach
Hard boiled eggs
Bacon
Mushrooms
Green onion

Vinaigrette:
Oil
Vinegar
Sugar
S&P
Garlic
Dry mustard

My variations:
Maple bacon
Crimini mushrooms

Roasted garlic in the vinaigrette with white wine vinegar

Served with pork tenderloin that I had very shortly (4hrs) marinated in Compliment's Blood Orange Ginger Teriyaki sauce.
